Demo Day & Site Prep
Build week starts with tear-out of the old structure (if any), then excavation, footings, base, and grading — the unglamorous stage that decides how long everything lasts. We build for Middle Tennessee’s freeze-thaw winters and clay soil, and we never rush the part that’s hidden under the surface.

Framing, decking or hardscape, railings, stairs, lighting, and finish details go in. Our crew builds it like it’s their own backyard — tight joints, clean lines, and the small touches that separate a good build from a great one. We keep you updated through every milestone.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the finished project together, make sure every detail meets your expectations, and cover simple care and maintenance. Final payment is due only when you’re satisfied — and we register your manufacturer and workmanship warranties for you, so it’s all set up hassle-free.
